www.sciencebasedmedicine.org - a website gaining a massive following. I'm finding them pop up with NIH studies when I research on Google.

Very dangerous and irresponsible. Dr. David Gorski is chief editor and a loose cannon who'll attack mothers with autistic children on Twitter. Or termininally ill patients who decided to try to get a second opinion on a breast cancer diagnosis before they started chemo.

Non believers in Chiro's, detox, gluten sensitivity, lyme(obviously) or any autoimmune illness, supplementation, acupuncture, ND's, etc.....

Beware.

Uh. Beware / be aware - indeed. Hard to see that, mostly hard to know these kind of people are so closed minded.

In the main "article" about their hatred of naturopathic doctors, the first "overheard conversation" of the ND seems right on about their ability to prescribe Rx (in the geographic area mentioned - not everywhere) -

- but not going to do that without giving thought to what else might work better first.

That is what being a ND is about, really. Consider all options. But that does not seem to sit well with these guys. I think that ND spoke very well.

In comments, interesting thought to be aware of by JD:

". . . if interventions aimed at training physicians to be more warm and fuzzy would help. For me, the best example, as mentioned in the post, is chronic Lyme Disease.

Would training ID physicians (or PCPs) to use motivational or comforting language when dealing

somatoform patients demanding to be tested for Lyme Disease really help the situation?

It could provide a nicer patient experience, but the real problem has to do with the LLMDs or NDs laying in wait, ready to make false promises of miracle cures and promulgating the notion that the horrible, cold-hearted healthcare system just doesn’t “get it.” (end quote)

Too bad these guys take to spying out of context rather than explore possible real conversations with NDs.
