What read ws she had many tx s in two years. And many docs. So if that is true she really isnt giving a doc a chance. It takes awhile to figure it out. Some experimentation even.

And after each tx she gets esp the uncommon ones the nexy doctor wont know how the tx has changed things

I wish her well and maybe she is doing this because she cant think right...i wish she would read pams book and settle down with one of the best llmds for a year...even traveling changes things-food, sleep,emfs....

I want her visability to help us but the way it is going i think it is hurting us

This is the third article written by Dr. Saunders and published by The Daily Beast that is promoting misinformation about Lyme Disease and Yolanda Forster.

Please place your comments using the link below and let the public know the score. Help educate the public. We need to push back against the IDSA.

There are over 300 comments on the Daily Beast article.

Here is something that isn't often mentioned: She
went to Singapore to be with her husband who had business meetings there. I am not sure how she found the doctor. I know a lot of people who go to other countries for treatments of all sorts.

Not saying that the doc she saw was real, ethical, or useful.
(sounds like the treatment didn't work). The character writing on Daily Beast is not writing under his real name, so I don't consider him trustworthy.

I hope she recovers soon. She has certainly raised awareness about ticks and Lyme disease.

She said that there are a lot of great medicines and ancient therapies that are blocked by the FDA, so that's why she chooses to travel outside the US.

Maybe she doesn't know that there are other things to hit though like heavy metals, parasites, etc.

She is obviously exploring alternative measures and I commend her for doing so (abx aren't for everyone).

With the failure rate here in the US when tx lyme (just take a look on LN to see how many relapse, have issues with the mds, can't get well, have long-term issues from abx tx), I can see why she went elsewhere.

She obviously has the resources to go this route, so I say good for her. She may be the one who finds the answer for the rest of us.

Our family couldn't get good tx here in the US, even from a 'respected llmd' recommended by this site, so sought tx in Germany.

It worked for us.
