She is in hospital now with complications from her eye surgery the other day. she is , I am sure , in lots of pain and this eye issue has really been a huge bane to such this lovey caring special person!
she really needs a LOT of prayers over the next hours and days and weeks ahead that all this clears up (complications) and that she (her eye and head they cut open) will heal and she can see again.
please please. thank you!!!!!

this is from her sister:
Please share. As some of you know my sister has been very sick for a very long time. She has lost vision in her right eye and has had long term problems with nasal drainage and irritation. While she has always been a very creative artist, these problems have lead her to pursue textured art, with of all things, Kleenex boxes.
After several years of doctor visits and CT scans a tumor was found growing in her nasal cavity and entangled in her optical nerves which was what was causing the blindness. She had surgery to remove the tumor last Tuesday and was released yesterday.
She is back in ____ at the hospital for yet another CT scan due to an infection forming in that eye. While they have insurance, the travel expenses, hotel stays and portions the insurance doesn't cover are hurting them. With only one income and mounting medical bills they need all the help they can get right now.
Please consider purchasing some of (her) art ( or donate cash or gas cards or anything to can to help offset the cost. She still has a long road but we are confident she will be healed and back to her lovely and funny self.
Peace and Love. Thank you,
*** from me, lisak, ::::; so , if anyone here is interested in helping you can PM me. she is such a sweet lady and they really could use help.

Awww Lisak, you are such a sweet friend! Still in pain but slowly recovering. Thank you everyone for your prayers. I had the meningioma removed from behind my eye that was causing blindness
last Tuesday(over a week). Was told three years ago that it was a pseudotumor. Not sure if I will get much sight back according to neurosurgeon. I have been about 75% blind. It was growing so it
had to be done. Dr said it was bigger than he thought. I think it was a grueling 8+ hr operation. Eye is still pretty swollen shut. Staples in hairline. Wish I still was getting the
heavy drugs for pain. Think it has caused lyme achiness too.Not sure what triggered it. Nurse said I could have had it all my life.I have the dna for it. Still need to get some gamma knife radiation. I think my family believes all of my
attributed lyme pain will be gone with this removal but I don't even go there. Lyme treatment will continue. On top of this all, my exhusband(childrens father) died on Sunday. He
had a heart attack before my surgery but was still alive. He was in the hospital and had been close to death. It is all so hard. Thank you for your prayers and support.

Yes, it has been hard to cry for him due to the pain in my eye. It is very sad and I don't know why things happen like this all at once although he had been sick for awhile.Thank you for your continued prayers. Yes, I hope each day is better too
especially for the sake of my kids. They don't need to lose anymore parents right now. They are in their twenties. I probably should have thought of a better name when signing on my the only thing that I could think of was sick I was of the pain.
