wow. i see i have been missing out. hope to read what you all have been up to when health alllows.
i was able to take a shower this am and put clean clothes on.
able to get two loads of towels out of dryer. tried to fold them but did not last long. have several loads of laundry that need to be put away now...i think it has been a month since i had done laundry.
swept patio and shook off cushion....kind of.
want to do more but so far not able.
just took rosie out to toilet and forgot to toilet her. stopped and talked to a couple of neighbors..got too cold...came back in apartment.
learned a guy who does not have a car has a reserved parking space near the front door now.
Can not figure this one out as it is going to be further for him to walk to the reserved parking space than if he just went out the front door and got in a friends car.
Cold here today. We might get rain on Sunday...I hope.
I dislike being shut in the apartment but like being in a warm, dry place especially on days like today.

Tutu--Way to go on the exercise. All my "get up and has got up and went."
I did grocery shop after work. Looked at my very long grass and thought about mowing, but the thought didn't get translated into action. Alex will come on Tuesday to mow.
Supposed to rain tomorrow, so I won't get any yard work done, but I think my body is crying for rest anyway.
I have a good friend who is going to a second grocery store this evening and said she would pick up a few more things for me as the produce at the neighborhood store looked horrible. Will be nice to visit with her when she comes by.
Enjoy the weekend!

Kam .. Glad you got a shower.. you got quite a bit accomplished today! Hope it warms up soon.. but not too much!!
Hiker .. The visit sounds awesome. I'm staying in tonight. It's rainy and cool out there and I need some rest anyway. Nicer weather on the way.

Forgot to post yesterday but did get in my a little over 1 1/4 miles.
Been weighing myself on Fridays and I'm down 10 pounds with the lifestyle change. So I think I'm losing about 6 pounds a month. I never thought the extra weight I've gained would ever come off.
Bought some brown rice pasta, black rice wraps and a vegetti. Haven't tried them yet but maybe this weekend I can make a combo spiral sliced zucchini brown rice vermicelli dish.
Hope to go walking today but if not I might try to go outside and pick up some limbs out of the yard.
Hiker-I have days where I'm too tired to exercise and I don't even work! Enjoy your weekend!
Kayak-Looks like you're going to have some company! Hope your grandson can find alot to take with him. So glad you heard from your son. I know that had to make you feel better.
TuTu-Look at you rubbing elbows! So glad that you enjoyed yourself at you hubby's show and that he did so well.
See you all later!

AK .. good job on the weight loss! What is the main thing you are doing to lose weight? Different foods or just the exercise?

You all are so busy and so much exercise and healthy food...good do-bees...i forget who used to say that but congrats to all of you
I am still very weak but my pipes are getting closer to working like normal
I was trying to get motivatd to work on inside of house....they didnt come at last minute...but a friend called from a yard sale where someone was selling bed pads real cheap...she thought they would work for ettas potty pads. I paid 20. For about 200 pads that are bigger than the ones i use so it was a pretty good deal
When i got back i let her run in backyard and graze...she found this patch of grass she really likes....while i set up lawnmower. Since i have been in nh i have never mowed before the end of june...so im pretty sure global warming is real
(This week the local tv channel ran a story about the yr nh didnt have a winter....there were killing frosts, snow and sleet in every month of the year....they said vegetables and flowers started to grow and died 3 times....it was in the 1800s tho. But when i lived up north there were occasional snow and frost in june and aug
Anyway...back to exercise. I started to mow a little around perimeter of yard and flower beds was the plan...but bees chased me inside
Ive been bad. Online for hours reading about detox...alot about hulda clark and zappers made me think about hiker....then silica and DE made me think about tutu
And i cleaned up my desktop some....but not the house
I plan to go out and mow in an hour whensun is low and bees go to bed. That will be some exercise. I hope i work on house tonight and get more
Keep doin what youre doin everyone. Esp ak...yay for you! We all work as hard as we can but i for sure dont see dramatic results that last very often

Yes, our weather has cycled many times in the past. Kinda weird to have snow one day and then mowing a few days later?
The pads for Etta sound like a great deal! Woot!
