I for the life of me have been trying to find the

web site I was on a couple months ago about an

agency that you could sign up for to have them

drag your property for what strain may be present.

some sort of tick surveillance. Has anyone had

this done to their property and can give me

information about where to apply?

Thanks for any help.

Sorry Kennedy. I am not familiar with that program. The health departments were doing studies in several states (spraying people's yards), but the study ended already.

There is a program to test a tick for free and it is for a variety of diseases. Doesn't sound like what you are looking for based on your info above (they don't drag for ticks- you send your ticks to them), but you can check it out here just in case.

For specific Pennsylvania information you might want to check with the SE PA LDA. Contact info is here.

Good luck!

If they don't know- look under the Mason Dixon listing at this support group link to get contact info for other PA groups.

Thanks Tincup. I'll check out the links you sent

who knows I might stumble across it again, and if

I do I'll post it. I hate when I think I'm gonna

remember things and don't save the info.
