So does anyone have a different email address for them or a phone number. I put in an order April 2016 and have not received anything. No supplements...no answers to my emails or phone calls. Im starting to very upset. They ran my credit card for $170. Any help would be very appreciated!!!

I would contact your credit card company and tell them the issue. They will open a formal investigation and have the charged removed.

They did the same to me. I tried contacting them 3 or 4 times. I finally called the bank to dispute. They just don't care (no response).

Of all things, just got an "order shipped" email. Was from a few months ago. No idea anymore what it was supposed to be, but I guess we'll see.

It took them a few months to respond to my email that I sent to them several months ago.
They also wanted to know how I was referred to them/the name of the person who referred me. I wonder if they are having to keep things more on the down low?

I received an email a while back (maybe a month ago?) that the person who took over after the previous owner died, was no longer able to run the business. I think it stated that he/she hoped to have a new party take over and they asked for patience until they got things settled. They really should have notified all of their customers who had orders placed about this!
