Hang in there, buddy! I didn't know you were doing so poorly. I hope you can get it figured out. Perhaps it's time to consider switching things up a bit if you haven't for a while.
You're an inspiration to us all, so don't give up. Brighter, healthier days are ahead! Sometimes we hit a really bad spot just before a significant improvement. The only people that get well from these infections are the ones that never give up.
