I bought the gaia herbal bronchial cough syrup.

the problem is I am afraid to take it. every single thing I take, I react to. increased heart rate, high bp, dizziness, tinnitus, you name it.

I took an otc chest and congestion cough syrup. I suffered for two days with bp close to 190, severe headache. boy was I sick.

every single thing I take, it's a negative reaction. I'm tired of going to er and being told I'm a loon.

my doc said he's never seen anybody like me so he doesn't know how to treat me.

this breathing problem has me down. really discouraged.

I'm too afraid to even take cough syrup. sad, really, but what can ido?

I wonder if you could take a little bit of honey? Or tea with honey? Manukah honey would be the best if you happen to have. Hope you feel better randibear. [Frown]

My mom used to make a lemon & honey cough syrup.

Equal parts lemon juice (fresh squeezed) and honey. Mix well and take by the teaspoon as needed.

I've used it also for my family.

randibear, so sorry. I'm REALLY sensitive to meds also, but not quite that bad. I usually have bad reactions also. I'm so sorry!
