Hi Ya All. . .
Our dear sweet advocate Tincup is in need of our help due to the devastating damage done by recent hurricane to her home.
Under lymenet rules, I am not able to provide link to her go fund me account.
If you private message me, I will be able to provide it.
Also, if you go to her Maryland Lyme link, which is always provided after any of her posts, you will be able to read her story of survival. It's listed under Lucy Barnes vs Hurricane Irma. So heartbreaking.

Oh, no!! That's terrible! And her troubles are so long-standing, too. She is so unbelievably selfless, so generous, kind, caring. I wish I could buy her a house away from all of the blasted hurricanes. Plus, fund the rest of her needs.
Well, bit by bit, I guess. It's so wrong that someone like her should be suffering like this. Well, isn't the way too often?

And the fact that she has been paying out of the small amount of money she ever has to pay for these informational websites for people with Lyme for years . . . so like her, but not sustainable.
Surely, some Lyme group could step up to pay for the fees for that. Not sure which one.

Hey hey...
Just a quick note to say thank you all for caring and sharing with me! I'm going non-stop trying to get this big mess to disappear and all to be well again.
I appreciate each and every one of your input and comments. Truly I do!
Will update the narrative website post as things develop. (And get better!) Since we can't post a link to the Go Fund Me page, this will have to do.

Adding this to Bb's post.
Some of your questions have answers on the post found at the link below- which is NOT the Go Fund Me site, but a narrative of what's happening, with updates as I can get to them.
And this next link below is a more light hearted look (with pictures) of being an evacuee and "survivor". I put this together one piece at a time during my very frequent rest breaks. And typical of me, it is long and too wordy! HA!
Wish I could respond to all comments and notes, but unless you can stop any more rain from falling- I've got to keep moving on, which takes up a lot of time.
We're rooting for you to have a clean, dry, mold-free home soon. And a return to health.

Oh my, didn't mean to worry anyone! Just been swamped! Everything is overwhelming still.
Flood watches/warning finally settled down, but now it is in the 30's and 40's at night on and off for the past week! What's that about? It's Florida and it is not suppose to be this cold right now!
Last night it was 36 degrees. Right now it is 41 degrees. I was not ready for that! Especially since most days have been over 100 degrees feels like temperatures for the past 6 or more months!
Anyhow, I will be posting an update soon! Next few days I hope.
Thanks to you all for caring and helping me out. It means so much, it really does!

Oh, good grief, TC, I just realized: You are probably still in a TENT!! What??!! How the blazes can you deal with that, given the weather?? I wish I/we could do more.

Hey Rumi... No tent right now, thankfully. And that's only due to the kindness of folks in the Lyme community! Thanks for asking and for donating! Hugs to you!
Kayak, thank YOU for keeping up with me and for your donations too! Don't know what I'd do without friends like you.
I just made a new page for UPDATES. The other one was getting "full". And as promised, here are a few new posts.
