What did you eat for your meals today? Start there. A good meal can set things right enough to think about logical moves.
Feeling suicidal is understandable for many who are ill or in extreme times where there appear to be no clear solutions. That feeling - that emotion - is one thing.
As strange at it may sound, getting somewhat comfortable with that feeling - enough to explore it - can help. Thinking about what variables might be involved -- and what you might be able to change or alter in some way today, tomorrow, soon . . . or in a foreseeable span of time.
Accepting that emotions are with us sometimes to help us know it's really time to change some things helps.

- Have you been diagnosed or assessed for lyme disease or other tick-borne infections?
If so, have you started treatment?
Do you need to find a doctor?
Are you taking a good FISH OIL? That's important to help with mood. Many kinds of sleeping pills can cause or make depression worse. Be cautious.
If you deal with lyme, or really any kind of infection, that can also cause depression and even sudden drops in mood. The liver is often very stressed - as well as the adrenal system -- and when these get overwhelmed the brain is also sluggish and can start in a dizzying swirl.
Liver support & Adrenal support are key to helping mood & sleep - along with addressing the foundation issues of infections.
A good clean diet is the start to nutrient support. Milk Thistle is a basic liver support; Cordyceps is a basic adrenal support. Both are suggested in many protocols. -

- In my case, going gluten-free was the best help to lift depression, too. I turned out to have genetic celiac disease still, many with lyme find they do better with a gluten-free diet since it can also help ease inflammation. Inflammation can be a major factor in depression.
Turmeric, too, even as a seasoning for your food, can be of help while you sort out the rest if this.
Also while you sort all this out, MAGNESIUM might be a wonderful helper. It's excellent to help lift depression as well as help relieve pain & help with good quality sleep.
