I'm trying this, sometimes, and I do feel it is helping my mood.
It' s simply a technique where you try to focus on good, on positive, nice things about you or your life!!
I do that while I'm driving, or when I'm alone somewhere. It takes about 2-3 minutes only.
I just start with 'I am...' and try to feel what comes in my mind.
For example: I am....
positive deep
one a good person
peaceful good to...
helpful to... complete
still a child strong
healthy energetic
grounded ...
----------------- Or I do a variation, anything that is positive, linked to the moment I'm saying / thinking.
Some of the stuff below comes from dr K's seminars:
I deeply respect myself.
I accept myself exactly as I am.
I accept my life exactly as it is.
I accept my body exactly as it is.
I know my inner energies are moving well inside me unblocked.
I am able to ...
My body is able to ...
I love ...
I am loved by....
I feel safe.
I feel good when ...
Etc
------------- Even if all these thoughts are short and this meditation lasts little, I do find it helps me, a sort of inner talk that makes me feel peaceful.
I'm sure this also helps to support my immune system.
The more I do that, I feel the effect increases considerably.
If you know tapping techniques, and add tapping, it's still a plus!

Bonnie, no no no...
You're not always flawed!
We all know we are not god or God, but that is not what your immune system wants to hear!!
If He is perfect, why would he create such imperfect beings like us?
I prefer the buddhists view: we, the stones, the environment, others, the animals, trees, everything is perfect!
Of course this is just a meditation, like story-telling.
You tell this story to yourself, of how good and positive you are, and just see what happens.
Story telling or not, the immune system does not know. If the immune system believes your story, amazing things can happen!

This is for Bonnie:
I create my life through my positive thoughts.
I am a fighter.
I have big dreams for myself and my life.
I am sensitive.
I am compassionate.
I am generous.
I am passionate.
I am resourceful.
I am sincere.
I am intelligent and sensitive.
I am open to miracles.
I am open to the magic of life.
I love myself and I accept myself.
I forgive myself and others for....
God loves me and accepts me exactly as I am.

"I realized that if my thoughts immediately affect my body, I should be careful about what I think.
Now if I get angry, I ask myself why I feel that way.
If I can find the source of my anger, I can turn that negative energy into something positive."

I was just gonna mention tapping!
Someone told me once to write a gratitude list and to read it daily and add to it or take away from it as needed.
Thanks Brussels!

I am at peace.
I am taking one day at a time.
I am capable of handling any challenge that comes my way.
I am focused on what I CAN do.
I am focused on the abundance of good in my life.
I know things are working out the way they are supposed to, and it is for my highest good.

Look at me....I'm driving!
Feel that breeze!
Wow...the sky and clouds are beautiful today!
I'm on the elliptical!
Making fresh apple, beet and carrot juice.
I'm gonna be a blessing to my family today.
I'm so happy to be alive!
Let me smile while at the store and make eye contact with strangers and make them smile and say hi.
I can work again!!!!
I work magic in the kitchen and create joy for myself and others with my heart, hands and food!
I can share life in person and online with my Lymenet loved ones!
Severe illness is teaching me to be REAL and grounded.
Being in the wild connects me with the infinite.
I could go on and on guys!
Everyday now and again I remember being at my sickest and going from the bed to the couch on a good day.
Couldn't really drive without getting lost, no energy, lost weight, food was tasteless, couldn't read or watch tv due to a super short attention span, couldn't figure out how to pay bills and suffered greatly from severe headaches and joint and muscle pain.
Every day I suffered!
Now each day is a surprise gift, once opened is unlimited in true power to create the miraculous!
What am I waiting for?
Nothing is going to stop me now!I

I'm smiling reading your thoughts, Sammy and Alaska Wolf!
Only the ones who have gone so low as some of us have, can appreciate little things in life.
Being able to enjoy nature, breeze, seaside, food, friends, family, pets, quiet deep moments, without pain, anxiety ...
What else do we need?
