Are the authors of the IDSA Lyme guidelines in cahoots with insurance companies? That's the central question of a lawsuit going forward in Texas. Here's an update:

Someone else (Bonniebartender) has posted an even better topic for following along with the progress of this lawsuit because her topic contains links to the actual court documents.
I suggest, therefore, that it would be better if all comments and discussion of this lawsuit are posted under Bonnie's topic, instead of here, so that any quotes from the court documents can easily be incorporated into the discussion, if desired.
