I have been under a lot of stress... wondering if food can do this? like a herx or something? or burst of lyme activity?
I had sugar yesterday.. I don't normally eat sugar.

I seem to be fine. this has happened before and I tried searching on site/pages, etc.... seems people do get this but no one knows about it
crazy stuff.
I wish I wasn't such a chronic thinker so that I could just let it all go
