I'm just done with these boards. Its too much I want to move on with my life.
Had a disagreement in another Lyme forum with a moderator and I was threatened with banning lol. I was like uh ok that doesn't frighten me please do it!

I'm a real mess and truly think this is a start of a nervous breakdown. Or maybe it's already happening.
Lyme forums just give me more anxiety.
It doesn't stop. Even when I sleep, it's in my dreams. Anxiety, worry, OCD. I miss my old life. This is probably why I cannot get better, I have chronic day and night stress.
There are other things going on non-lyme related in my life. I cannot catch a break.
To conclude there's a bad upper respiratory virus going around in my department ( not covid we all tested neg) I had leave work early today which I hate doing by the way, only have done that twice in the 18 months I've worked there though. Most likely I will be out tomorrow. I was told as well there are high cases of the FLU going around, great.
Go figure the last week or so we went from unseasonably cool temps to hot summer-like in my area and I believe the heat puts everything into overdrive with my anxiety.

Then just don’t log on anymore but leave yourself open to a return or to keep contact with a few people.
Blessings to you.

Lymetoo, no it's not.
I don't want her to cancel her account. She's in too much pain.
When everything out of someone's mouth is negative and catastrophizing, it's a symptom of what the mind is going through. Part of this may be due to low minerals.
