This article was posted on Rawls website. Note : It was originally published in 2019, by a free-lance author. And I do not endorse any site that sells products. It has some useful ideas and reminders.
The Author of this article, Jenny Lelwica Buttaccio, is a writer living in Chicago. Her work has appeared in HuffPost, Prevention Magazine, Reader's Digest, and more.

Great second link! I checked the site and it listed the patient assistance program I'm on for my epinephrine injectors. Even if it says no results found still click on the blue text in one of the boxes and it'll take you to the manufacturer assistance program if they have one.
