Hi Gang
It has been frozen here almost every morning for days till today.

I stopped taking a bath in deet every time i hike or hunt.

It is 46 degrees i went rabbit hunting,i still wore a nylon coat, very slick.

In my truck coming back i felt a tick on my neck.I just can feel the smallest ticks some how.

It is very small almost all black with black legs.I felt it walking on me and grabbed it.

I think it is the first deer tick i ever saw in my county. Normally here is brown dog ticks they bop around like a school bus .

I am nuking my truck cab with ozone my coats are in the dryer on high heat. My pants are in the washer . I am headed for the tub. EEK EEK EEK

Ugh .. I still refuse to go out in nature any more than I have to. I get the pleasure of walking along a beautiful creek everyday, but I'm on the road.

MADDOG .. Deet is not good for us. Scary stuff.

Did you get some rabbits?

No, rabbits they are rare here now.

Years ago we had bunches of them. But back then hawks were called chicken hawks and were shot on sight.

Now the hawks eat all the baby rabbits. I guess I need to eat hawks. Probably illegal.

I think Igenex is still the best test, Maddog. Expensive, though.

Hope you don't have Covid! I had it last year along with a sinus infection so was out of the loop for about a month.

If you google "at home Lyme disease test" you will find lots of blood tests for antibodies (which only show up after 4 or 5 weeks),

CVS and other drug stores have home blood tests

Hi Maddog, I probably have caugh Lyme again, having been bitten with erythema by some bug two years ago. When I told about this to the infectious diseases specialist I met last september, he told me it couldn't have been an erythema migrans because... I had not seen it migrate ! I saw it when it was BIG, but I bet it had been small before it became BIG...

I had a cat scan there was not any diverticulitis .
So now i have to have a colonoscopy . I hate them!!

The cat scan did not find anything to worry about.

I had some strange stuff in my blood work. Will talk to the doc. about it Monday.

And they didn't find any cats in there either.

Maddog, advice from one that turned autoimmune Type 1 diabetic in '22. Add good Berberine instead of the cinnamon stuff.

500mg in morning Berberine
500mg in evening Berberine

Keep in contact with eye doctor. You can get that blood glucose down by watching carbs & added sugars.
