A friend once sent me a cartoon of a bird looking tired.
The caption read "The bluebird of okay-ness."
Maybe if we don't try to aim so high, life will be more okay. And we might feel satisfied or happy more often.
Resolutions can be moderate, too.
Any good ones for 2024?

To stop road raging. Now that is aiming high.
All it takes is someone looking at their phone when the light turns green.
I am back there waiting for them to move.
When they sit at a green light i go off real bad.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!

Good idea, Madog.
Anger wastes a lot of energy.
How about just a "beep, beep"? I find that works pretty well.

I don't even know where to begin!
Lose weight. Put on some muscle. Eat more allergy friendly and healthy meals. Get a job. Keep working through grief and the list goes on and on.
No moderation here but let's see if I can do at least the more important ones.

I’m focused on getting back into the gym. This is what helped me the most, physically, mentally and emotionally.
No aerobics. No cardio. No yoga.
My exercise protocol is strictly light weight resistance training. Slowly at first, ramping up weights, concentrating on different body parts and aiming for 2 - 3 visits per week.
Many relapses due to disruption in antibiotic treatments, switching to new herbals or doses, poor diet, seasonal changes, not exercising , ect, ect.
I can remain stable when I incorporate gym days into my life. But it’s very difficult to get out of bed some days.
