Flare-ups of Lyme symptoms are hard to predict. I actually could track mine to every 5 weeks and heard that others did too. Keeping a symptom diary might help.
When I am having a good day I tend to do too much. I guess I think might as well get chores done or go have fun because tomorrow might not be a good day.
Then I pay for it. Need to change my mindset.

I do same thing hiker.
I am not sure I can correct this behavior in myself on my own, ha.
