Yup no healing. Zero, only more losses and more $ gone. I have to have a minor procedure to rule out the "c" word next month, possibly now have to have cardiac testing and wear a monitor because my anxiety is so bad now its messing with my heart rhythm.
I was diagnosed with C-PTSD over the summer. Lost my female Pastor due to a insurance change. Another holiday in pain and sorrow watching my friends and family enjoy their lives turning wonderful chapters.
I'm turning 40 in a few months, ANOTHER decade of hell? and being a burden to my loved ones and always feeling inferior and not good enough. I have zero quality of life anymore.
The pain and misery never ever ever ever ends. Thoughts and prayers though, right? I never thought in my wildest dreams this would happen to me.
Happy Holidays

I'll probably be a vegetable in a transport chair in a year from now. They don't even believe its lyme and think I never even had it to begin with, something possibly degenerative. So I just gave up with hope because the disappointments only hurt me more.

Hi Mountainview
I always wondered how you were doing 😊
May I suggest starting with the basics? Build Your Immune System.with light exercise and light weight lifting for 30 minutes daily.
Buy yourself a couple of 3 lb weights and do repetitions of 30 lifts per arm. Buy yourself resistance bands for your kegs and do repetitions of 30 per leg. 30 minutes per day, no more or less. Just 30 minutes.
Watch YouTube videos of light stretching exercises of 30 minutes or less, every morning and work along to them.
I guarantee you will notice you FEEL better immediately. These simple exercises shut off your brain, built muscle mass, kick-start your immune system and offer a feeling of accomplishment.
I really would like you to try this ❤️ Bonnie

I always feel better after exercise and you are correct that it helps the immune system.
Start gradually and build up.

Mountainview,
I can relate to the pain you're in, as I have been there. I was sure I was beyond help. Fortunately, I now know there's a way through.
I know you weren't interested in the past, but in case you have changed your mind, my offer to share what I learned from my experience is still open.
I'd really like the chance to help you!

My stress level is too much. I currently have an individual in my immediate family that is really going down hill, no not sick/disabled but making horrible decisions and doing some ugly stuff and when I acknowledge it I am gaslit to no end, that is a feeling that is all too common and seems I am always on the receiving end of. I am all alone in this and nobody will help me stage an "intervention". Eventually I will be responsible for them and a mess I will be forced to clean up.
I told a friend this stress will literally kill me very soon.
This is daily misery with everything I am carrying on my shoulder now.
I am so exhausted always being the bad one. And ppl want to know why i have severe social anxiety now bring around people and live like a hermit. I breathe the wrong way I'ml be admonished.
