Welcome to the exercise thread! Here we are going places, encouraging, and sharing.
Perhaps you are in physical therapy, walking, gardening, swimming, cleaning etc.
Whatever the exercise in your day we would love to hear about it. Or just tell us about your day.
Have a great week! (Stay cool if you can)

Manna-will be praying the tick bite amounts to nothing. I know it would unsettle me a lot.
I watched my church service online and then watched the sermon from the National Cathedral.
Ran a load of laundry.
Took recycling to the bins at grocery store lot.
Went to the public library. They had 6 books on hold waiting for me and 5 need to be read within 2 weeks as others have holds on them.
Called mom.
Sat outside earthing and started a new novel. Hot and humid but rain keeps bypassing us. Watered the marigolds.
Meatloaf again for dinner with spinach salad and yellow squash.
Last night I was finally able to get a Cubs baseball game on a local channel and really enjoyed watching. Tonight I am watching the movie Air Force One with Harrison Ford. He is easy on the eyes.

Thanks Hiker for getting us started for the week. Enjoy your movie!
Did my elbow exercises and afterwards rubbed the elbow down with an ice cube. Back in the brace and compression sleeve.
Working the other elbow too because it's been hurting a bit. I had surgery on that one and never strengthened the arm due to the 2 shoulder surgeries.
Took it easy today. Not eating too much and have some stomach issues. Ordered a DAO enzyme supplement from Amazon that I'm hoping will help. Also ordered my regular Magnesium.
Getting up early tomorrow to take my neighbors to a dental appointment. We're leaving at 7:15.
Stay cool friends!

AK— Very kind of you to help your neighbors!
Watered the flowers.
Walked for over 30 minutes. I haven’t walked in over a week and it was slow going but I felt so much better today. Think I am over the food poisoning and its toxins.
Put in a call to the office manager at the ENT office as I am being charged for a procedure that never happened. No one returned the call. Maybe tomorrow.
Did my knee and feet exercises.
Drove the hour to visit with my mom. Tried to get her to talk about her childhood but she doesn’t remember much.
Drove back and gassed up the car. Our state gas tax goes up tomorrow and gas has risen a lot in the past two weeks.
Set up my lawn chair for earthing, sat down, and it started to pour rain. I am not complaining. We really need it and now I won’t need to water tomorrow.
So, grounded inside while reading the newspaper on my iPad.
Grilling turkey burgers for dinner, steaming squash, and making a spinach salad.
Once it stops pouring I will get the garbage bin to the curb.
A little TV and reading tonight. Started a good mystery by Nora Robert’s.

I just got home! What a busy day!
My poor neighbor locked themselves out of the house so after their dental appointment they stayed at my house for almost two hours waiting for a locksmith.
Afterwards I picked up some Frisco breakfast sandwiches and ate lunch at Josh's. Stayed til 3.
Shopped around Sam's and had a hotdog and 4 berry sundae.
Went to Macy's from there and bought a zip up black hoodie for under $2.00! Walked around a bit and then went home.
I'm wiped out!
Haven't done any exercises. Going to pass on them today. Tweaked my other elbow and wrist and trying not to freak out. I guess the 20 odd years of not using my left arm too much wasn't a great idea.
Time to forget my problems by watching a movie.
See everyone tomorrow!

Went grocery shopping. Got some delicious peaches.
Called the manager of the ENT office again and connected. He agreed after reading the medical notes they billed me for a procedure that didn’t happen in June. He looked at the notes from January and they will be issuing a refund for the same reason.
Well, they issued the refund to my old credit card that was compromised, so I will have to wait weeks until the credit card kicks it back to the clinic and they issue a paper check. But progress!
Went for a short walk.
After lunch I went to Farm and Fleet and bought lots of bird seed and some silicone spray. Spent more on the bird seed than I did on the groceries.
Filled the bird feeders.
Was a bit toxic this afternoon. I think the toxins from the dead E. coli are working their way out. Probably a chiropractic adjustment would help but I just went last week.
Sat outside in the shade and earthed while reading. Much less humid today so that was very pleasant.
Leftovers for dinner and then may finish my novel.
I went to get my haircut and then ran a quick errand.
Called my mom and then earthed outside reading for an hour in the shade.
Rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes.
I’m cooking a pork chop for dinner. I will steam some snow peas and make a spinach salad with strawberries and carrots on top.
I did not finish my novel last night so I will finish it tonight hopefully.

Went to my old OB/GYN Doc now that I'm on Medicare. Received much needed medical care!
Grabbed a quick bite at BK then went and picked up my Mom's bestie to help her get her tag decal. Great we can do it at a kiosk at the grocery store.
Shopped at TJ Maxx then went to Home Depot then took her home.
Josh and I are going to attempt to put the hog panels back up on the existing chain link fence between me and the neighbor's yard. They have another pit bull and I don't want that sucker jumping the fence.
I took them down to trim the neighbor's trees and bushes growing into the fence.
Please pray for me and Josh to be safe and not get injured.
Can't believe I have to deal with this again!

Hiker, you must read alot! I love to read but haven't got much time for books lately. We have lots of books and want to build a floor to ceiling bookshelf in the family room sometime.
Do you ever reread books? I have read the LM Montgomery books numerous times. I've got the whole Anne of Green Gables series, plus lots more of hers.
Today the sun shone after a rainy day. Was out pulling weeds. Have quite a few milk crates full of weeds for one of the boys to go empty. They take the 4wheeler & trailer to haul them away.
Thanks for the prayers. The abx came today and took the first one. The herbals came Monday.
Tomorrow is a chiropractor appointment and since the store is closed for 4th of July, I won't bother baking until friday and only a few loaves because so many people go on vacation.
Oldest son set a tent and decided to sleep out tonight, down near the pond. I hope the tent scares the deer..... they are eating the hosta's and the hollyhocks.

nature24–of course you can join the exercise thread. Welcome!
Manna—I love to read. I don’t often reread books but I did keep my AA Milne books about Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin. Also the Narnia Chronicles by C.S.Lewis and a few others.
AK, I read you were going to put those hog panels back up. Hope your elbow and shoulder handle it.
I did my balance and shoulder exercises.
Attended Bible study. Only one more week and we are off until September. I love my group and will miss my weekly meetings. Our current study on about fear. Then we do a big study on the book of Acts.
Rode the exercise bike 25 minutes. Too hot to walk this afternoon.
Worked on finances and changing passwords on various accounts.
I did sit outside in the shade and read while earthing. Called mom.
Leftovers for dinner and then either reading or watching a recorded movie. My new novel is called The Martha Vineyard’s Beach and Book Club.

nature 24, welcome! I don't usually do any "real" exercise. Just my work for the day. And that can be exercise too.
This morning 3 of us had chiropractor appointments. Then stopped at Ollies, next was Walmart and last of all the feed store. Was lunch time till we got home.
Warmed up leftovers while the rest brought the groceries up to the house. Hubby got the side by side and brought them up instead of climbing up the stairs with everything.
Rifed and took a short nap in the afternoon.
Made 2 gallons of tea from our tea patch. Daughter needed some to take along for a camp out with the girls from church. Made some for us too.
Got two new big flower pots at Ollies. Filled them & put petunias in them. They'll go on the front porch & we can throw away the broken one that was there.
Planted some more of the pansies in planters. Will set in the shade of the cold cellar. We started them late and they are blooming nice now.
There's a hen trying to sit on a nest of eggs in the chicken house. I put the egg basket over her hea and pull the eggs out from under her every day. She's getting mad at me and tonight she pecked me twice after I had the eggs away from her.
So I think I will give her some eggs and set her in the little chick pen. Otherwise the rest of the chickens will keep laying more eggs in her nest. That's how she has so many every day.
Daughter & her husband are coming tomorrow morning. We plan to have a joint birthday party for her husband and Sonny. I want to make an angelfood cake for the birthday cake.

3 1/2 hours of manual labor today. Did my elbow exercises before hand on both arms.
Hog panels are up but it was very hard on me. I'm medicated with pain pills and muscle relaxers. Elbow is not happy as well as my body except my head.
Hope it'll keep the pitties out of my yard.

I did about an hour of yard work this morning. Watering and weeding. Hot and humid.
Warmed up on the exercise bike and did my knee and feet exercises.
I listened to a great 4th of July concert by the Army brass quartet on the National Cathedral website.
Talked to mom. Brief chat with my brother.
Sat in the shade this afternoon earthing and reading.
I had mussels in garlic sauce over rice pasta for dinner. I added in a tossed salad and steamed snow peas. The mussels didn’t have much flavor at all and I singed the pan. Oh well. Always fun to try something new.
Usually, I go with a friend to watch the fireworks in a secluded area. But none of my friends wanted to go tonight, and I don’t like to go out in the dark alone to a secluded area. I have to get out of the neighborhood to see the town fireworks above the trees.
But as it turns out, my neighbors are shooting off fireworks and I can see them from my front window.
I also have the TV on watching some concerts and fireworks.
Ran two loads of laundry and then put clean sheets on the bed.
Did my balance and shoulder exercises.
Filled the bird feeders while having a conversation with the squirrel that was on top of my suet feeder.
Talked to a friend on the phone for a long time.
Sat outside earthing in the shade for over 90 minutes.
AK— am struggling with dinner, too. Finally settled on a romaine lettuce salad topped with strawberries, carrots, and zucchini. Then I will have some cheddar cheese that I bought for the holiday weekend.
I recorded track and field and will watch that on TV tonight. That is my favorite sport.
