This was posted on Facebook. I broke it up for easier reading. What do you think?
"Most anyone with chronic Lyme disease and mold exposure with a fungal component will relate to Dr Christina Rham when she says " "I used to be a lot of fun ".
" I am doing my best to hold my head up and not bellyache, but unfortunately my world has become very small.
" For me, this discussion is an excellent reminder to get back to more aggressive detox.
I have done well with mineral balancing but have dropped the ball on opening the detox Pathways like I used to.
Much of this is pretty basic for people who have lived with Lyme disease,
but I needed a reminder to get back to the sauna,
high quality red light therapy,
get more aggressive with my detox baths,
use quality binders,
return to herbal tinctures
and go back to drinking cistus icanus and essiac teas.
I need to return to being social and enjoying events again and the company of others."
