Marie, when you come to LymeNet, just under “Flash Discussion” is “Support Groups.”

They are listed by state.

I assume some are outdated but maybe check those in NJ and see if any are still active.

GLA’s peer to peer mentor program is a FREE resource for people who have been affected by a tick-borne illness and want to connect with someone who has been through a similar journey.

GLA peer mentors are people just like you! They have experienced the Lyme disease journey as a patient, or caregiver and can help by sharing their experiences. This program is for designed to provide emotional support and assist you to overcome the many challenges associated with tick-borne illnesses.
