"Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible; suddenly you are doing the impossible."--Francis Assisi

Welcome to the exercise thread. [woohoo]

Here we encourage you to get up and move as best you can.

We know with a chronic illness like Lyme that exercise is tough, so start slow.

Maybe you are just walking around the house or down to the mailbox. Maybe you can do a bit of yardwork or cleaning. Perhaps shopping or cooking.

Whatever your exercise is, we would love to hear about it. Or just tell us about your day.

Have a great week! [hi]

I watched my local church service online.

Ran a load of laundry.

Talked to my mom.

Took a nap.

Did some research last night on the bad storms that came through Friday after dark. We had 3 separate tornadoes in the town at the same time. All F1 but packing winds of 110 mph. Thankfully no one was hurt or killed.

Read and grounded.

Just having a Romaine lettuce salad for dinner and then watching some TV and reading.

Went to church this morning.

Home for lunch.

Wrote a letter to a friend,

Took a nap.

Went out and covered the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & grape vines with sheets/blankets/feed bags to protect them from freezing tonight.

Did my bike warmup and my knee and feet exercises.

Walked for over 35 minutes.

Called my mom. Called the dentist as I was overcharged by $50 according to my insurance EOB.

Didn't feel great this afternoon as I was toxic again, so just read and grounded.

I did go to the public as I had some books due. Checked out 4 more that were on hold for me. But I still have one book that is due in two days that I need to get started on.

Took the garbage and recycling bins to the curb.

Saw a lot of town trucks out picking up landscape waste and trees from the tornadoes.

Brats for dinner with zucchini and a tossed salad.

Then reading, reading, reading!

Baking day & laundry day.

Made sure all blankets & sheets were still covering the strawberries, blueberries, grapes & raspberry plants.

Chased 2 canadian geese off our pond. Every spring they think they'd like to use our pond to raise a family. If the pond wasn't so close to the garden, I'd let them nest there. But they can get rather aggressive when they have babies and they are very messy birds.

Brought in 2 bouquets of iris blooms. Some are barely open, but thought if they freeze, they won't open for sure!

Want to finish folding the clean laundry & get it put away yet tonight.

Supper was venison, diced potatoes, frenched green beans and asparagus! And fresh bread, butter and Southern Sunshine jelly.

Manna--If you can acquire a ceramic or plastic swan, to put by the pond, they help keep the geese away. The geese are a huge nuisance around here.

Another toxic day.

I did manage grocery shopping.

Did my balance and shoulder exercises and then rode the exercise bike about 25 minutes.

Called mom.

Then called Vitacost since they only delivered 2 of the 7 items I ordered. They are partnering with IHerb now and the box came from IHerb. First time I have ever had an issue and I have been using Vitacost for years.

Went to the chiropractor which really helped with toxin release. Feeling better.

Read and grounded.

Returned a library book that is due tomorrow.

Leftovers for dinner and then some TV and reading.

Uncovered all the berry bushes we were trying to protect from freezing. So far everything except the grapes seem to be ok. The grape leaves are all black n crinkly. Hopefully they will send out new leaves.

Washed all those sheets & daughter hung them on the washline to dry.

Baked whoopie pies.

Worked at organizing my sewing room. Have the spools of thread in order by colors. Sorted the bottons by colors.

Finished writing a letter to send with a sympathy card.

Need to run out and feed the birds n animals.

Then hope to see how much more I can get done in my sewing room.

I'll look into getting a fake swan for the pond.

Still really tired today. So, I decided not to drive over to see my mom.

But I did my knee and feet exercises and then rode the exercise bike for 35 minutes.

Sprayed all my outdoor clothes with permethrin from the baseball cap to the shoes. So, since the shoes hadn't dried, I didn't walk on this gorgeous day.

Called mom. Then did newspaper puzzles and grounded.

Filled the bird feeder.

Am cooking a chicken breast for dinner, steaming broccoli, and making a spinach salad.

Then some TV and reading.

Another very toxic day.

I did just part of my balance exercises but all my shoulder exercises.

Rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes.

Made a meatloaf and froze it.

Filled the sunflower feeder.

Did a quick errand at the grocery store to pick up a few items on sale before the sale runs out.

Picked up a coffee.

Called my mom.

Read and grounded. I am reading a great book called "Theo of Golden" by Allen Levi. It is a book to savor and restores faith in kindness, humility and seeing the good in people.

Leftovers for dinner and then reading and some TV.

Tested myself for covid the other day and it was positive. First time that I know of.

Had an energy healing today that confirmed the test and hopefully wiped out the rest of the covid. Still working on candida overgrowth that seems to come and go in the GI tract.

Bet I am toxic the next few days as the dead candida always release a lot of "junk."

I did feel a little better today, so tried those balance exercises again and made it through them.

Also did my shoulder exercises and rode the exercise bike for 20 minutes.

Rainy day, so spent the afternoon doing puzzles and reading after a bit of cleaning.

Called mom.

I had meatloaf for dinner with yellow squash and a spinach salad. Then watched some TV and read.

I couldn't sleep last night, so I was up at 2:00 AM cleaning and doing some computer work plus balancing the checkbook.

Very toxic today probably due to death of little beasts that the energy healer killed.

Did a load of laundry.

Cleaned the car.

Talked to mom. Then set up another energy healing so make sure the covid is gone and spike proteins gone and work on the candida overgrowth.

Took a long nap.

Dealt with Amazon who says I didn't return 2 of 3 items but I did and they were all in the same box. I have been having a lot of issues with Amazon lately, but use them to get items for my mom.

Sat outside and earthed while watching the birds and then reading.

Leftovers for dinner and then reading and some TV.
