Welcome to the exercise thread where we encourage you to move about as best as possible.

Are walking some, doing physical therapy or lifting a few weights? Gardening, swimming, shopping, cleaning?

Let us know what you can do for exercise or just tell us about your day.

Have a great week! [group hug]

Watched my local church service online.

Ran a load of laundry and did a wee bit of cleaning.

Called my mom.

Spent the afternoon being lazy--read and grounded.

Rained most of the day, so a good recliner day.

Chicken tamales for dinner along with a salad.

Then reading and maybe a Hallmark chick flick.

Did my knee and planar fasciitis exercises along with some hip stretches.

Rode the exercise bike over 35 minutes.

Went to the ENT for a check of my ear tube. All is well.

Called mom. Wrote an email about the upcoming pharmacy change at the nursing home to make sure the bills comes to me rather than my brother. I do all the medical stuff and he does the rest. They are having a meeting next week but it is during my mammogram appointment. And since it is an hour drive, I can't just zip over there a bit late.

Did some password changing on accounts like I do every few months.

Read the newspaper, did the puzzles, and grounded.

I am grilling brats for dinner with a spinach salad.

Will take the garbage bin to the curb when it stops raining. Been pouring all day.

Then some TV and reading.

Went grocery shopping. Mainly bought produce except for a pint of triple chocolate fudge ice cream (on sale).

Did my balance and shoulder exercises and rode the exercise bike for over 35 minutes.

So hot and humid today--heat index was 100* and we did get a passing storm.

Called my mom.

Took my car to the mechanic to get new tires put on. Took well over 2 hours. Sat next to a lady in the waiting area who was about my age and using a walker. She said she had Lyme disease. What a coincidence. I am thankful I can use my trekking poles rather than a walker. [Smile]

Read a bit when I got home.

Leftover brat for dinner with spinach salad and zucchini. And I will break open that pint of ice cream.

Then will catch up on the news and read. Probably get out my grounding mat, too.

I did my bike warmup and knee and feet exercises.

Then rode the exercise bike for another 25 minutes.

Called mom. Paid her pharmacy bill.

Went to Dollar General for poster board and markers.

Read and grounded.

Storming again now with more severe weather coming tonight and tomorrow.

I am cooking a chicken breast, steaming broccoli and making a spinach salad for dinner.

Then starting a new novel.

I did my balance and shoulder exercises.

Went for a 30 minute walk. Quite humid. Storms moving in soon with a level 4 out 5 threat for tornadoes.

Did odds and ends chores around the house. Chatted with my neighbor.

Called mom.

Read the newspaper and did puzzles while grounding. Read some in a novel.

Leftovers for dinner and then maybe some TV and reading.

Baking day - 32 loaves of bread.

7 loads of laundry washed and dried. Waiting to be folded. Put it in the drier today.

Had several thundershowers this afternoon.

Picked the last few strawberries and the first black raspberries.

Oldest son cooked supper tonight. Mac & cheese with sausage and vanilla ice cream & hershey's chocolate syrup for dessert.

I did my bike warm-up and then my knee exercises and plantar fasciitis exercises.

I washed the sheets and pillowcases and remade my bed.

We had a horrid storm last night and I had so many limbs and sticks to pick up in the yard that it took me a full hour. Then I transplanted some marigolds. A nearby home had a massive free fall on the roof.

I met my new neighbors who bought the big lot and house next to me and they wondered why I was working in their yard. They didn’t understand the property lines and that I was working in my yard. Very young couple and I think they’re going to struggle to take care of the 2 1/2 acres that they own. I had to take them on a tour to show them the property lines.

I asked them if the previous owners had left the big Contractor’s mower in the shed for them. They ask me, “what shed? “ So, it will be interesting to see if they can keep their yard mowed. And right now from the recent storms it is so full of downed trees and limbs.

Called my mom as usual

Read and grounded.

Updated some medical information in my computer to be printed off and used for doctor appointments this summer.

I had spaghetti sauce over rice noodles with green beans and a spinach salad for dinner.

And now I’m half watching TV while reading.
