Let’s keep encouraging each other to get up and move about.

Are you walking, doing some Physical Therapy, gardening, cleaning, shopping?

Tell us about your daily exercise or just tell us about your day.

Have a super week! [hi]

Watched my local church service online.

Ran a load of laundry.

My neighbor shot off a lot of big fireworks last night illegally and some hit my garage, so I had to go clean up the garage door and cement and pick up the firework remains. I politely let him know I was not happy and he offered to power wash the area, but the hose got it clean.

Called mom.

Didn't feel great today, so took a short nap and then relaxed in the recliner reading.

Chicken tamale for dinner with a romaine lettuce salad topped with yellow squash, carrots, and black berries (sounds weird, but it was I have)

Then finishing the chick flick I started last night and more reading.

I did my bike warmup and my knee and plantar fasciitis exercises.

Then walked over 30 minutes.

Watered the marigolds.

Had my mammogram. A friend took me as it was at the hospital and the parking lot is not close. Then we sat and chatted for a long time.

Called my mom. Then sat outside and earthed. Gorgeous day with very little wind and in the 70's. Storms the next few days.

Read a little bit.

Took the garbage and landscape bins to the curb.

I am grilling turkey burgers for dinner and steaming the rest of my yellow squash. Adding a butter lettuce salad.

Then some TV and reading.

Baking & Laundry day.

32 loaves of bread and 9 loads of laundry. They all went in the dryer today.

Supper was rice, peas & cut up hot dogs in bbq sauce, with whoopie pies for dessert.

Sewed a little tonight, until the bobbin emptied. Decided to stop sewing for the night. One dress is ready for the zipper & hem, then its finished. The other 2 are ready to attach the skirt & bodice.

Hubby planted 21 tomato plants in the raised bed he made Saturday evening.

Tomorrow the raspberries & sugar peas need to be picked.

I did my balance and shoulder exercises.

When it stopped raining, I went grocery shopping.

Then rode the exercise bike for over 30 minutes.

Cleaning gal came for the once a month cleaning. That helps me so much. Of course we yakked and it took her longer than it should have.

Read the paper, did the puzzles, and read a little in a novel.

Called my mom.

Leftovers for dinner and then some TV and reading.

I did my bike warmup, knee and feet exercises.

Then rode the exercise bike for over 30 minutes.

Ran one load of laundry. Manna, not sure how you manage 9 loads in a day. My machines are in the basement and the thought of all those stairs for 9 loads … [Eek!]

Called mom.

Energy healing. Healer says immune system not working well but neither she nor any doctors I have seen over the last 23 years have an answer. However, she did make a dent in my sinus infection and is working on candida overgrowth again.

Anyway, due to viral and candida die off, I am now toxic. [shake]

Went to buy more kleenex as my sinuses are draining more. Hurrah.

Poured rain all day and more storms moving in. So far just a little hail and no tornadoes.

Am cooking a pork chop for dinner and steaming broccoli. Making a Romaine lettuce salad, too.

Then TV and reading.

Hiker, we have no basement, so my laundry is on the main floor. That is one blessing!

Lovely day.

Trimmed raspberry canes and half the grape vines.

Hubby pulled weeds in the raspberry patch. Should be easier to pick raspberries now.

Gave a pile of weeds to the roosters.

Working at getting the big chicks ready to go out with the big birds. Penned the big chickens out of their house & chased the chicks out into the chickenhouse.

There was a box turtle right outside the chickenhouse door. The chickens all had to squawk and hop off to the side.

One of the mama cats brought her kittens up to the barn to start eating cat food. She has 2 really pretty ones, both long haired, white with black spots and a white with orange spots. The 3rd one is a dark multi colored one.

Supper was baked sweet potatoes, ham balls, sugar peas and egg salad.

Want to go out and plant more peppers and flowers before it rains tomorrow.

It was my balance and shoulder exercise day.

Then rode the exercise bike for 25 minutes.

Called my mom.

Went to the public library and got 6 books including a gluten free cookbook.

Did odds and ends chores around the house.

Had a quarterly conference call with mom's nursing home.

My GP rescheduled my August appointment for October and my disability parking placard runs out in September. Contacted her nurse and sent her the pictures of the application from the doctor I saw previously (doctor moved away). Reminded her that a Lyme diagnosis always gets rejected by the state but arthritis and neurological disorders plus needing my trekking poles for walking counts.

It is supposed to be a permanent placard but still needs updating every 4 years.

Working on getting a rebate on my tires and the online application keeps getting rejected. Called them and they said they need the original receipt from the dealer. How can you send the original online? They just don't want to pay up. Yesterday when I checked the claim it said it was accepted and today it said denied. [cussing]

Leftovers for dinner and then some TV and finishing up a novel.

Dropped off the disability parking application renewal at my doctor's office.

Did my bike warmup and then my knee and feet exercises.

Took the car to have its oil changed. Got new wiper blade inserts while I was there.

Drove the hour to my mom's town and spent some time with her.

Gassed up the car on the way home.

I am having spaghetti sauce over zucchini and a Romaine lettuce salad for dinner.

Then reading and maybe a bit of TV. I am worn out.

Ran a load of laundry.

Did my balance and shoulder exercises.

Took a 20 minute nap after lunch.

Started trimming the bushes and deadheading my massive area of coreopsis. Lightweight trimmer is battery powered and ran out of juice.

So, I took a break and charged it back up while recharging myself with caffeine. Then finished the job.

Gorgeous sunny day in the upper 70’s with a light breeze. [Cool]

Called my mom.

Read and grounded.

Spaghetti sauce over rice noodles with a spinach salad. Then reading and may watch a chick flick.

Beautiful day here too!

Worked out in the garden most of the day. The boys all had off from work so they helped in the garden.

Pulled weeds, laid down cardboard & newspaper for mulch. Planted a few more zucchini & summer squash seeds to fill up the row.

Picked raspberries.

Washed two loads of laundry.

Played phone tag with a friend until she managed to catch me at supper time.

I am tired tonight.
