I used to use ReNew Life and one other company I forgot (Garden of Eaten?) but I think they were bought by a larger company and lost quality.

What do you recommend now?

What works best for you?

(besides sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, natto, kombucha)

I use Metagenics Ultra Flora balance.

I also take Saccharomyces boulardii from Jarrow.
