Shelley - thank you too, I posted on your post just as you were posting here, I do hope you and your friend will find some help.
And Jodie what can I say to you - I thought you were bringing me food??? Aren't you coming here and cooking for me? Seriously, thanks for the wishes, I appreciate them and your good thoughts.
That was so nice of you guys to write, I can not tell you how much all of your prayers, healing thoughts and prayers are doing for my family and I. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
And yes Melanie, your answering machine and I have not spoken in a few months so I may be bugging it a bit!!!

I guess I am out of the loop for I didn't catch what you were having surgery to correct what?
Anyway, I hope that things go well for you and we'll be keeping you in our prayers.
I am still recovering from my surgery I had March 8th, I still can't use my right arm and the PT gals are killing me. Only they can "work" my arm for me.
But, here's to you doing great and bounce back real soon. \ Rosemary
Well as countdown continues I saw your kind posts and wanted to say thank you! You are all so very kind.
I had a car accident last August which ruptured a lower disc - unfortunately its causing issues that could be permenant without some intervention. We had to get my seizures and such stable before surgery which is the only reason its taken so long.
I know alot of the symptoms can be lyme but unfortunately this is not one of them!!! The surgery is a microdiscectomy - I have no idea how it will be once I'm done (recovery time).
I'm so weak right now that will obviously play a big part in the recovery plans.
Anyway, rambling = nervous!!! Thanks to all of you - you guys are incredible!!!

I just spoke with Betsy and she is home from the hospital. Although she had an awful experience with the staff, the actual surgery went well and she is home resting.
She will not be at the computer for a while so she wanted me to tell you she is so thankful for all your thoughts and prayers.

SunRa, Thanks for the good report on Betsy's surgery.
Sorry she had a bad experience with the staff, but glad she's home now.
She needs to concentrate on recuperating, but tell her we miss her already.
Sending lots of love, concern & support to Betsy & her family - especially to the children.

Thanks again to everyone for thoughts, wishes, cards, etc - you guys are the BEST. I don't want to be yelled at by Sunra or Melanie for sitting too long.
