Yes he is, and he always has been--let them try to call him a flip flopper on this one!

He's only modified his stance after 9/11/01 to condone the death penalty for terrorists.

I don't agree with this, because I'm 100% against the death penalty no ifs ands or buts.

In our less than perfect legal system it's too easy to make mistakes--especially when the defendant is low income and only has recourse to a public defense attorney.

I'm for keeping abortion legal, but I will vote for an anti-abortion, anti-death penalty candidate Republican or Democrat--the death penalty issue is that important to me.

I've been disappointed to see the Dems embrace the death penalty over the years, I hope this trend reverses.

Kerry's long standing anti-death penalty stance is one of the reasons I've admired him over the past 30 or so years.

We both have found that we really agree more with Kerry than Bush on almost everything.

My dad is going to have a field day if he ever finds out (he hates Kerry)!
