Historic St. Michael the Archangel Church
of Cianci Street in Paterson, NJ will be holding
the annual St. Michael's Feast on Sunday
September 25, 2005 at beautiful Holy Face
Monastery. The Monastery is located at
1697 Route 3 East between Grove and
Broad Streets in Clifton, NJ.
Mass at 12 Noon will be followed
by the Feast from 1PM to dusk.
Please come and enjoy old fashioned Italian feast
with Food, Beverages, Entertainment and Fun!!!

PS - Your first glass of wine is on me.

Thanks for posting this Lou. I used to go up to this monastary all the time. They have a wonderful gift shop. They also say mass up there as well all in latin ro atleast they used too. One year they had a picnic up there on the grounds and along with that a tour of The Shroud of Turin.. It was really very interesting. If anyone can get there check out the small gift shop they have there. I used to love it there. Lots of unique items...

It's a gorgeous monastery....so peaceful. There's a huge picnic ground very clean with tons of tables.

The church is adorable.....most times mass is said outdoors if the weather is nice.

As you say, the giftshop has so much stuff and the food is delicious!

Who likes macoroni and meatballs? [lick] If you do, come and enjoy it here......along with the old staples of hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, etc.
