Tree,
There is a lawyer, Scott something ...who's form out West who represents people with "invisable diseases" like fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I'm not sure about his knowlege on Lyme.If I can find his name I'll post it. It's my understanding he does travel through out the US for his clients and I don't think his fees were out in left field.

Kumba,

I'd really like to know what the lawyer's name is, if and when you can locate it.

I'm seriously considering a malpractise suit against an infectious disease doctor here in Southern California.

I found the lawyer...but I should have said that he represents FM, and CFS in disability cases. But I found his name: Scott E Davis based out of Phoenix, AZ. He does travel to all states for Disability. His site says he has a 90% success rate. Maybe he does represent lyme disease clients also... many have the sx of chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia...I cannot personally comment on him...don't know him or anyone he represented.

Lymedad, I don't think you are looking for a disability lawyer so dont know if he can help you.
