Anyone?

I love this show. Especially once they are finished with the auditions.

Yeah, the auditions are rough! Did you see that guy last night that had them TOTALLY amazed!?

He was incredible!

I can hardly stand to watch the loud mouthed cackler. What's her name?

I don't watch the show all the time.. just when I think about it or run across it. Nothing else was on last night.

I watched this show last night. I've never watched a full season but have seen it off and on in the past. Last night they had some interesting characters. But also some good dancers.

I'll give it a try for awhile since heck...brain cells don't do well with something that takes too much concetration so give me the dancing and singing shows. Bring them on. Hahahahaha.

I can relate to what you're saying, Cathy. I don't watch too many dramas. My attention span isn't what it used to be!!

I especially like this show when they get to the competition.

Some of the dancers are phenominal!! It's amazing what the human body can do.

TuTu -- the cackler!! You crack me up! Perfect description of her (Mary Murphy??)

Mia Michaels is my favorite choreographer. She is pure genius.

Lakespur,

Your husband doing a good imitation of Mary???? Yikes....must be a noisy house you live in when he's doing her screams. [Smile]

Lou,

I too am a HUGE Mia fan. Her dance last year that won the award had me in awwwww and definitely opened my eyes to being partial to contemporary dance.

Lymetoo,

Still waiting to get past the auditions since I too enjoy the show once they get past all this stuff. It says that tonight is the last round of the auditions.

Then tomorrow they go to narrowing it down to the top 10 males and top 10 females and then we are off for the races.

It is my FAVORITE SHOW. My mom and I DVR (tivo) these so that we can watch it together. I love it when it gets down to the top 20. I LOVE watching everyone dance. I was so glad that Sabra won last year!!!!

I makes me want to take up dancing but I'd have to do it with a friend because I'd be way too embarrassed to do it on my own!

Yes, now that they have it down to the top 20, I think this show is going to be a lot of fun. There are definitely a few that stand out for me.

I'm not sure about some of the pairing but need to keep remembering that we are not looking at them as a couple but as individuals.

Any favorites for anyone yet?

We like Courtney. The blonde one and the brunette!

Lou,

Ok, I know who Courtney was. She did the last disco song. But when you talk about a brunette, are you talking about her partner or someone else?

I really haven't picked my favorites. Think I'll need a couple more different dances since but do have a few I think may have potential, but hey...I don't know a lot about dance technique, so this one isn't as easy for me to pick quality as it is for American Idol. [Smile]

But I think they are going to have a great season.

Cathy -- There is a Kourtni (who is blonde) and a Courtney (who is a brunette). We like them both.

Sorry....brain isn't doing the ole memorization skills that it once was able to do. Then again, maybe it's "old age"?

But I'm still trying to learn the names and pick out some favorites. I'll especially watch for your two Kourtnie/Courtney's tonight.

Thanks for giving me a focus.
