My husband and I usually drive somewhere for Thanksgiving, so on the way home, we always listen to Christmas music. Usually it's a Manheim Steamroller CD.
My mom always makes cookies that the "kids" (us) can decorate, even though we are all adults now.
I also love watching Charlie Brown Christmas, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (animated and the Jim Carey one). I always make sure to watch them.
We always go to church, all dressed up, on Christmas Eve at night.

I started a new tradition last year. We now decorate the Christmas tree on Thanksgiving day after we eat.
This way everyone helps and I don't end up doing all of the work myself.

Good thinking joalo...
Well, I need to start a new tradition since lyme and company.
Two years ago I hung a star from my ceiling fan chain.
Last year it was a snow man...that guy is still on the end of the ceiling fan chain.
It needs to be something simple.
Hmmm

Black Friday shopping and eating those little sausages on Christmas Eve are two of my traditions.
