I just looked over this again.

I am amazed at the range of our ages. ...and quite frankly, our gender.

I think we represent a very diverse group, which is comforting when seeking advise for medical or otherwise.

I had plans to grow old gracefully , fit and healthy . 4 years ago I was running 3 to 5 miles 5 - 6 days a week .

Every month or so I would get in a long run ,
then I was feeling to tired , then my knees were hurting , then went to just walking and now bearly able to walk .

My retirement and growing old plan is only a dream , no longer able to work .Hope I haven't rambled on to long .
