Hey MDW..
Is the pow-wow in Florida by chance.. or is it the one in Georgia? I've been to a number of them over the years ... so was just wondering. Always have enjoyed myself and met so many nice folks.
Hope you have a delightful day!
My day will be filled with BBQ galore- compliments of the best kid in the world who is also becoming quite the BBQ chef ... and hugging and playing with a newly walking (running) and barely talking sweet grand baby ... and other loved ones.
May the memories last forever in our minds and hearts.

Hi Tincup,
Sounds like you are going to have a wonderous day.
The Pow Wow is in Ga. The family is also very excited. My grandsons have never been. So I am sure it will be a pleasent eye opener for them.

Today we were going to go to the Tulipfest in Albany but it's raining so I'm not sure we'll still go. One of my 14 year old girls is going to Montreal with her French class so we'll only have two kiddos.
Tomorrow we're just going to hang out around the house, which sounds great to me. I'll stop over to see my mom to give her some flowers or a plant. My son also has track practice in the afternoon but the coach is making it a short one.
Then I'll probably get dinner cooked for me and some nice presents.
Either today or tomorrow Carl is going to rototil my garden for me and I'm going to get my lettuce seed in.
My perfect weekend. I just hope this weather shapes up!
