Kam -- can you include sauerkraut in your diet, this one food is loaded with probiotics and kimchi too. It has to be refrigerated and not pasteurized. Most health stores have it like whole foods. You can make it yourself with cabbage and you can bottle it in mason jars. which is what i do.
Dr. Mercola sent his sauerkraut off to a lab and reported the findings of probiotics saying, “We had it analyzed. We found in a 4-6 ounce
serving of the fermented vegetables there were literally ten trillion bacteria.” That means 2 ounces of home fermented sauerkraut had more probiotics than a bottle of 100 count probiotic
capsules. Translated this means one 16 ounce of sauerkraut is equal to 8 bottles of probiotics.

Had yogurt with the gf no sugar granola on it twice today.
Need to make a new pitcher of the lemon cucumber drink when able
Swallowing meds with the kefir
Had the gf chicken frozen stuff you bake in oven. Ate the whole box. Need new cookie sheet.
It smells toxic now. I recall putting coconut oil on it a while back. Use cookie sheet to heat up gf chicken pieces.
Afraid to eat some things as I assocaite them with the inflamed brain stuff.
Did not do a good job of hydrating.

Wed:
Activity....
able to get a few things at gorcery store
Food intake
Did not do well. Difficulty with getting liquids in me...I think I will do better once I have something to heat up water again...using pan on stove doesn't work as I forget and walk away
Running tap water doesn't work as the sound of the water is too much for me..when strong enough to stand in kithcen and put peltor ear muffs on it is OK but still hard on the brain.
What else...can't recall what i had for breakfast..oh yes...a turkey paddy that was past its expiration date as they had sat in the frig too long before health ws doing well enough to cook them.
Tossed the others to be on the safe side but did eat one.
tried to eat some gr giant carrots..but had trouble getting them down too...only a few spoon fuls...i also have learned the sound of the microwave running is too much for me so need to leave ktichen..plus can't be on my feet long enough to be in kitchen to wait it out so need to go lay back down when the veggies are cooking and then forget them too when health is on empty
had some walnuts, sliced apples, 2 of the littel cheese snaks in the red wrappings
a starbucks vanilla frap in the am in the bottle
hoping to be able to go to store this am (typing this on Thurs)
