I have tried many times to send info from the board, and the recipients cannot open the thingy at the top of the page, it just disappears once you click on it.I tried the e-mail myself and the same thing happened. What do I need to do here? Help, so I can help others. Thanks

Try coping to word and saving that then import to your email as attachment.
