When - August-17-2009 @ 9:00am

Where - 1309 Harding Place Charlotte NC

Reason- Fight against the IDA 4 week Protocol

Action - Protest, for patient rights,
Lyme Awareness.

I have a medation against worker compinsation
who does not deny I caught Lyme on my job.

Their argument is that I recieved the 4 week IDA
treatment and that I was cured.

Also they refuse to accept my Dr.J of S.C.
recomandations, treatment and my disability.

If this is not settled in medation.
My Industrial Commission hearing will
take place the end of August.

It will be only the 2nd lyme case in N.C.
the first case for a pet vet. assistant
was lost. No proof of where lyme came from.

I'm prepared to make N.C. history with
first case won with the support of other Lymies.

I'm also trying to prepare a bill for the
state of N.C.to pass Lyme as a occupational disease for tose who work outside in
wooded areas.

David Cummines of Gastonia N.C.

Let's make history for Lyme together.
Love ya [bonk]

Maybe you might be interested in this story about a workers comp case in S.C.

Here's a couple of pages in an occupation medicine book, related to lyme:

And here is a case of a successful comp case in NY state, after a LONG fight:

Best of luck with your case. What is located at the address you have given for the protest? Are you in touch with the NC lyme foundation and support groups in the state?
