22% of Claims are denied

EXCERPT:

The denials by insurance companies are REAL DEATH PANELS and it's not only for grandma. These insurance industry death panels make decisions to deny care for men, women, children, babies, old people and young people.

The California Nurses Association cited some cases from its research:

PacifiCare, for example, denied a special procedure for treatment of bone cancer for Nick Colombo, a 17-year-old teen from Placentia, Calif.

Again, after protests organized by Nick's family and friends, CNA/NNOC, and netroots activists, PacifiCare reversed its decision. But like Nataline Sarkisyan, the delay resulted in critical time lost, and Nick ultimately died.

"This was his last effort and the procedure had worked before with people in Nick's situation," said his older brother Ricky.

AS LYME PATIENTS, We are all marked for death under the current system.

No medical professional without financial gain will deny the devastation caused by the Syphilis spirochete. This one is 25 TIMES LARGER than the Syphilis spirochete.

They KNOW, and yet they let us die.

For those who want to continue to pay for private insurance that they hope will come through if they develop a disease they're able to get recognized, and convince them to treat, and then still have a high probability of losing everything they own in the end if they stay sick too long-this option will remain.

If the Private Insurers did not fear the competition, they wouldn't have sent in 3,300 Lobbyists to try to stop this. This is a totally unprecedented number of lobbyists,-- THREE times the number for the total department of defense industries.

Private Insurance has become so rich that they represent 17% of the nation's wealth! We, of all people, should want them stopped.
