It seems some feel this material is not worth veiwing. Very dissapointing!!
This was emailed to me yesterday.....
Hello,
We are writing to inform you of a schedule change for the program you requested - 'Under Our Skin.' It was originally scheduled to air on MPTV's WORLD channel on June 2nd.
The WORLD channel is fed to us from WGBH in Boston. Unfortunately, WGBH made the decision to pull the film 'Under Our Skin' from the WORLD schedule this week. They sent us the following information to pass along to our viewers who are concerned about this change.
"WGBH has revised its decision to include the film UNDER OUR SKIN on the WORLD channel. The decision is based on our won, internal editorial concerns that surfaced on closer review of the film.
WGBH takes no position on the subject of the film or the issues it discusses. We do recognize there re those who feel strongly about the topic, and we regret any concerns caused by our scheduling change."
At this time, there are no plans to reschedule this program on MPTV.
Sincerely,
Kate Student Employee MPTV Viewer Service Center (414) 297-7520 www.mptv.org

I suggest organizing a write-in/call-in. Viewers have a right to see the film.

OMgosh! Seems "someone" got to them. Isn't there a "Public" in PBS, or are they now only by the last two letters in your area?!
