This is completely overwhelming. I feel like someone should put out a book- Lyme for Dumbies..I find info here then i can't find it again. Antibiotics ,symptoms, supplements, my head is spinning. There is a Dr. B who has guidelines that I can't locate. I am on a waiting list and they could call soon. I need to try to muster up some enerygy to get my act together. not that i'ss retain any info. my brain is mush. please help. so my hubby can get somewhat educated.

Oh I remember this exact feeling the 1st time I took myself and my 2 boys. It was overwhelming!

I can't remember where I found this but had a list of all possible symptoms and went through them and made a list of who had what symptom.

Then I racked my brain to remember mine and their health histories. As detailed as I could get it and even if it didn't seem important or related I listed it just in case.

I wrote a brief story about what was going on with each of us.

I also included a list of tests that I remembered having or doctors I remembered seeing while I was seeking a diagnosis.

Oh and a list of medications for each person.

I typed all of this in Word and then printed it. If you want to see my copy I am sure it's still on my computer. Just give me your email if so.
