I use Host Defense. My LLMD in NY recommends it. You can Google it as it's a trademarked name and comes up readily. There are studies that support its effectiveness.

I took reishi before and ****aki, and they were very good, however when I had a lyme relapse, and went back on antibiotics,
I could not take these, ****aki made me worse, and it was not a herx, I could not take anything to stimulate my immune system, I got severe pain, and dryness, antibiotics got me better again, so this said something,
about not a good idea to stimulate the immune with cell wall deficient lyme? for some, I thought I may have had an autoimmune disease, but nothing
had showed up. I also could not use my zapper or rife, so for me, I could not take these at that time, it may have been because I had the cell wall lyme?
