What the hell do they know? I was told by one neuro that sleep deprivation never caused anyone to die. It did a number on me, and according to my son who is serving in Afghanistan... said that is B.S..

Sleep deprivation was WHY I got so sick with Lyme. I worked the late shift for 10 years while trying to care for my small children during the day. Needless to say, I was really sleep deprived.
Sleep deprivation feels horrible and makes you look horrible. And it does a number on your immune system. I think it can definitely contribute to a person's downfall.

My LLMD says sleep deprivation is one of the top reasons of seizures, especially in Lymies
