What kind of skin problems have you had? I have little blisters that appear on my arms. I used to think I was allergic to the sun.

Wow I just had some weird itchy rash appear last month that was these little blisters. My arms were red like a burn and hurt a little and then got real itchy and the blisters appeared. They dried up and flaked off. I have had Lyme 10plus years and never had this weird rash before. I thought maybe it was shingles. Still not sure it did go away. I also get a rash on my stomach that comes and go.

One of my first symptoms was psoriasis. Now I use oil of oregano on it, andmy skin looks better than it has in years.

After my first 3-week course of doxy, I had terrible acne for a few weeks. I attributed it to the bacteria die-off.

acne is common when detoxing. abx suppress the bacteria that may cause acne, but once you go off the abx, acne slowly creeps back in to the picture
I think once you get your large bacteria and fungus load down to a manageable state in your body, the acne will subside.
although...the skin issues could always be hormonally induced (i'm not all that much familiar with how the different hormones effect your skin or acne)
i just know I'm 27 and still fight acne on face and chest, especially after taking an effective homeopathic remedy or herbs that help you detox.
Coptis (cleans the blood and lymph), Burbur & Parsley all make my skin feel "Gunky".

When my daughter is toxin heavy, her skin breaks out. Poor thing has badly scarred skin now. I think the liver gets overloaded and it has nowhere else to go but out your skin.
As for hormones. My daughter has used a good quality progesterone cream for the last five years. It has really helped the pelvic pain and severe menstrual cramps.

Here are some inexpensive suggestions for detoxing the liver: 1) caster oil liver packs 2) Coffee enemas 3) dry skin brushing 4) European green clay detox
Detoxing the liver will greatly help with most skin problems.

I have back acne...I saw a dermatologist, who prescribed...Doxy!!!...He gave me an unending supply of it...this was before Lyme...Funny how he can do that for acne of all things...anyway, my back acne has not gone away while on Lyme treatment...I'm not sure what to do about it, or what it means.
