Can that be hurting anything??? cause a herx?? I've taken them off and on for a couple of years as a protocol when treating Brucellosis. Also anyone know what it actually does???

I take so much stuff I just wonder .... BUT when, and I have ,gone without anything , you might as well put me in a bed with tubes. I go down hill so fast... that's from being as stuck as am now.

Now Scott has me worried about benzo's.. from his post on top of the rest.

Woebenzye thins out the blood by reducing fibrin.

"Enzymes help to break down the CICs and other dad (necrotic matter) that accumulate in the blood vessels. The body also used enzymes to regulate the amount fibrin in the blood, breaking down excess fibrin when the blood becomes too thick. With age, many people do not have enough of these enzymes. Wobenzym supports the body's natural blood-thinning process."

You have to take it 45 prior to food. I like to take my ABX before food, for at least the ones you don't have to take with food. This increases absorption efficacy and higher plasma levels.

Then I wait 1 1/2 hr to 2 hr, depends how hungry I am, before having food. Take Woebenzyme then wait 45 more min until food.

Your other option is to take woebenzyme first, wait 45 min, then eat food. Wait 2-3 hrs and then take your ABX.

OK may see problem here..I take mepron which is supposed to have food, but I also throw the other two in at same time,, .would Woebenzyme pull out ABX benefits early?? two issues...I could have the right stuff and haven't been able to take correct way or one or more of these is just draining energy, Sometimes I'm so out of it you'd think I was drunk or something and I'm not. But I am passed out.. Also wondering if heart has issue about oxygen or whatever cause how drained I've been,

This is not like me, am strong usually, even LLMD couldn't believe strength when first meet ,but body as a whole was/is mush.

Sometimes I think he d=should just try ritalin or whatever it's called and see what happens...

Here come the sweats, now the back pain, next should be sleep or more pain. This is the migratory story of my life right now,, IS THIS USUAL?????? Oh ! here comes the head ,concrete feeling....What's up with this?

Nonna,

Yes, migration of symptoms is just par for the course with lyme and co. Sorry. When you feel the need, lie down and rest.

When you can, move about with some dance steps to whatever is on the radio. Also helpful: restorative yoga, pilates, Qi Gong or Tai Chi. Walking, too.

Rather than be amazed or angry when symptoms rotate various times each day, it helps me to just take the approach of an observer:

"Oh, THAT's interesting!"

or, "Well, 'hell-o, agitation' thanks for reminding me I forgot my fish oil or magnesium."

Ritalin can have some serious side effects, especially when the cause of anxiety, agitation is from infection toxins and the deficiencies and dysfunctions resulting from that.

Even the ADD symptoms that often go with the lyme complex can be helped with fish oil and magnesium.

Liver support, neurological support and adrenal support most often work much better for those with chronic illness.

You have a lot of questions about grouping and timing. And that's understandable. It's quite a lot to manage. However, we don't know what your LLMD has advised specifically for you.

Talk to your LLMD about the timing of what you take so that you can get the best effect from the protocol he has designed for you.

You might also clarify the methods he suggests to better understand and manage the symptom "waves" (as I call them).

You might ask his office manager if there is a particular article or book recommended to shine some light for you.

I know your LLMD has written several articles and made many presentations on integrative treatment.

Those would be a huge help, I would think. But, he likely has others that would speak to what you are experiencing so that you can be reassured that we all left "normal" a long time ago.

What we need now is to learn to ride the waves. Once we figure out how to maintain some sense of steadiness on our board, we can better manage the swells - the ups and downs.
