Does anyone know what is causing this constant tingling in the back of my neck? And what can I do to get rid of it?

I need to know too! It's so annoying and strange--it feels like bugs are crawling in your head and neck. Mine also gets hot feeling....I'd like to know what this is!! I tested positive for Babesia and I probably have Lyme too.
