I'm taking a lot of supplements and just starting taking Kelp.
I was told I need to up my Iodine.
Is 2 x tablets of Kelp a day safe? I really feel like even just 1 x a day is doing something so I'm sure 2 x a day would be extra good for me. I just want to make sure you can't OD on Iodine or anything.
And also, how much Silver is safe to take. I'm scared about turning silver (lol).
I have been told to take one cap full (not much) in a 1.5L bottle twice a day.
Any experiences?

I tried some sort of silver drops...a much smaller bottle than yours though...very tiny. Was mine more concentrated? Mine is brown in color, but I know when I've made my own in the past it was clear.
Not sure of the proper dosage, and the silver definitely was 'felt', but I didn't notice any real results. Hope you have better luck than I did.
