My question is this, I had my Mepron bumped up to a teaspoon and

a half recently. Normally it was a teaspoon. And I've been feeling

major symptoms revisit my life and then some.. It's been 5 days on

this dosage and I'm bed bound again, sound like a herx to you ?

Thank you team !

Love

Yes, sounds exactly like a herx.

Any time you increase the dosage of a med and get sick again after day 2 of the higher dosage, it tells you that you are killing something.

The fact that old symptoms are coming back is classic for a herx.

Drink lots or water and squeeze lemons into it to help you detox. That can help end the herx more quickly.

Agreeing with TF.

Also, you may enjoy a soothing epsom salt bath to relax and detox. My LL RN suggests 2 cups epsom salts in a warm bathtub. Soak about 10-15 minutes, once or twice a day.
