My son has tested positive to E. hystolitica, he has also had charcot leyden crystals in his past tests. He has lyme and babesia but is extremely resistant. Could this be roundworm and not e hystolitica. IDSA doc says no, but I just found someone with the same bloodwork who this doc treated.
Can roundworm present a titre for another parasite.
