I just do not know what the hell i am fighting anymore.i stopped the antibiotics because of a raging yeast problem,vaginally bloated tummy etc.so i treat that and i am taking probiotics,new chapter,and one from my llmd.so i think i am in the safe zone and go on antiparasitic and i think the yeast has started again,not to mention the lyme fog or whatever they call it has been so bad for weeks,3 DAYS this week i screwed up appts thinking it was another day.like today i thought it was friday and started out like i had friday appts.that is so scary!!i am so stressed out i do not know what the hell i am fighting have the time.

While testing is sketchy, it can be somewhat supportive. What tests have you run? Treatment often involves guesses but they don't have to be uneducated ones.

Patience is essential. Pick a solid protocol and give it fair time.

Check for usual suspects: gluten issues, thyroid, co-infections, h-pylori, etc.
