So you are saying to exercise, even if you can't do much of anything? My husband has been treating fatigued adrenals for the past few years (only diagnosed w/ Lyme this summer) and hasn't been able to do much at all. Even going up & down stairs nearly does him in at times. Rebounding was not a good choice because of the 'tipsy' feeling. Just walking around in the house is hard some days. If lifting weights is good - he could try that. What are some good starter exercises? How many minutes at a time?

For my son, it was the diagnosis of CVID and subsequent IVIG. He still has a long way to go but now that his immune system is getting the support it needs, we're finally seeing a gradual improvement. -------------------- IGG 41++, 58+ IGM 31 IND, 41 IND, 83-93 IND Son (most chronically ill) IGG 41+ IGM 39 IND, 41+++ Bartonella positive Daughter IGG 39 IND, 41++, 58+ IGM 31+, 41 IND, 83-93+

Dr. B says in his guidelines to do strength training and stretching for an hour and to go as slow as you need to go to be able to do it for an hour. -------------------- sixgoofykids.blogspot.com
